Battersea Power Station, Turbine House A
Somerset 300g archival pigment print 149cm x 154cm x 11cm 2017 signed by the Artist
Sections of the original Art deco blue mottled tiles taken from the walls.
Turbine Hall A was the first part of the Power Station to be built and is notable for its original, lavish interior and elaborate Art deco finishes of biscuit-coloured and blue mottled effect tiles. Above these a steel crane as the architrave, with relief panels above.
