Kilauea is the youngest most active volcano on the Big Island in Hawaii the worlds most active Volcano. This vent is the legendary home of Pele the Hawaiian fire Goddess. Witnessing this eruption with the realisation that we as a human race are so insignificant to the natural power of the earth, makes one realise that we really need to look after our planet as the last thing we would want to do is upset it.
